The holiday season was great. Convenient location with easy access to popular attractions. The staff was friendly and polite. They offered complimentary breakfast and tidy rooms with warm blankets to keep comfortable on cool nights.

The holiday cheer faded quickly with terrible housekeeping. The lack of cleanliness ruined the experience. Dirty sheets, dingy towels, and stained bathroom fixtures caused discomfort and disappointment. The mosquitoes and lack of repellent made matters worse. not worth the effort or the money.
